I saw
an exhibition of Paul Klee
's artworks the other day.
こないだ、パウル・クレーの展示を観てきた。
By chance it was the day of a lecture by Marie Kakinuma, a curator
of the exhibition. And I heard about the Klee's
double sided work
s.
たまたま、キュレーターの柿沼万里江さんの講演会の日で、クレーの両面作品についての話を聴講。
She
talked about some type in the
double sided works. And it impress me above all that the works hid contentions by Klee
who lived in the beginning of the 20th century and showed through the reverse, parts of the front.
いくつかのタイプの両面作品があり、中でも、20世紀初頭の激しい時代に生きたクレーの主張が隠れていたり、裏面の透けと表面とが一体になっているような作品が印象的だった。
I was over powered with so many works
in the exhibition
space.
展示会場では数多くの作品に圧倒された。

so exciting to me

could had stayed all day long.
一日中いられるくらい刺激的だった。
